Louise runs cookery courses in her modern family kitchen for those that like a small and intimate atmosphere for either cookery demonstrations or for a hands-on cooking experience.

Louise is best known for her very popular series of Traditional Aga Cookery books but has also many years experience as a Home Economics teacher and as a demonstrator and home economics consultant for a range of companies. She is also an experienced food stylist.

For demonstration purposes Louise uses a Four-oven Aga most of the time and for hands-on sessions you will also be able to use the Gaggenau steam-combination oven and conventional oven as well as an induction hob.

If you have a yearning to learn how to cook a particular food or dish let Louise know when booking and she will try to fit that in for your course.
