Louise runs cookery courses in her modern family kitchen for those that like a small and intimate atmosphere.

Louise is best known for her very popular series of Traditional Aga Cookery books but has also many years experience as a Home Economics teacher and as a demonstrator and home economics consultant for a range of companies. She is also an experienced food stylist.

Louise mostly uses her four-oven Aga but you will also be able to use the Gaggenau combination steam oven and standard oven as well as an induction hob if you wish.

If you have a yearning to learn how to cook a particular food or dish let Louise know when booking and she will try to fit that in for your course.

During the winter months especially the Aga helps to make the kitchen the heart of the home.

There is currently much debate about the economies of running an Aga. Learning to use the Aga properly will certainly make the Aga more economical as well as removing any stress when cooking for a crowd.
